As of October 2025, the City of Delray Beach is now charging for Public Parking. All downtown surface lots and garages require a payment to the meters or Parkmobile.
Parking on Atlantic Ave: $4/hour
Street Parking just off Atlantic Ave: $3/hour
Lots near Atlantic Ave: $2/hour
Garages: $1.50/hour

Delray Beach residents can get a downtown parking permit for $12/year and avoid paying the meter or register their vehicle for FREE and get $.50/hour off the meter rate. Learn more HERE
- Downtown Delray employees can get a downtown parking permit for $10/month and park anywhere for any amount of time except on Atlantic Avenue or A1A. APPLY/ PAY HERE
